Kemp's coaching philosophy is centered on fostering an environment that develops each player's soccer I.Q. while supporting them in finding their passion in life. He believes that players must trust themselves and have confidence at all times both on and off the field. Players must compete with themselves daily to become a better individual.
Kemp has trained U9 - U23 boys and girls from club, academy, and at the college level. Currently, he trains multiple Cohansey teams and is the head coach of their premier u18 Arsenal. Coaching the Arsenal boys has truly been his passion in action, a group he has developed since they began at u9.
Kemp played at A.P. Schalick High School in Pittsgrove, New Jersey before joining Kean University’s Men’s Soccer Program from 2008 to 2010. He then transferred to Rowan University and played for the Profs in his remaining two seasons of college soccer in 2011 and 2012.
Kemp is a licensed and certified coach with the USSF (United States Soccer Federation) and USC (United Soccer Coaches formerly NSCAA). Kemp is also a massive Arsenal supporter and counts Thierry Henry as a long time role model. Other major influences include Eric Thomas (motivational speaker) and Cory Gregory (Fitness).
